Welcome to Playzini. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, our casino, live casino and esports products, and all related services. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Anjouan, and any disputes arising from your use of our services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Anjouan courts.

Eligibility and Registration

To use our services, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and capable of entering into a binding contract. At Playzini, we require every player to complete a single registration; shared, business or family accounts are strictly prohibited. We do not offer a no account casino experience — registration is mandatory, and verification is carried out at the first withdrawal request.

We do not accept players from certain restricted territories, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Spain, the Netherlands, Curacao, Israel, Lithuania, various French overseas territories, and several other jurisdictions listed in our compliance policy. Account Verification

Active deposits must be wagered at least 3 times before any withdrawal request can be submitted. Wins exceeding 15,000 EUR may be paid in monthly installments of up to 15,000 EUR; our internal Accounts, Payouts and Bonuses policy sets this threshold at 10,000 EUR. Intermediary bank charges on transfers of up to 16 EUR equivalent may apply, and an inactive account fee of 10 EUR per month is charged after 12 consecutive months without a login.

Withdrawal processing at Playzini typically takes up to 3 business days, though our Accounts, Payouts and Bonuses policy references a window of up to 72 hours. Please note that the final payment timeline also depends on your bank or payment provider.

Bonuses and Promotions

Our Welcome Package spans your first three deposits, with a minimum deposit of 15 EUR or currency equivalent and a maximum bonus of 150 EUR per deposit. Every playzini bonus tied to this package requires the deposit and linked bonus to each be wagered 30 times. Free spins are awarded on Gates of Olympus or on select BGaming titles, with 50 free spins credited daily for 5 days following your first deposit. Spins must be activated within 3 days, and both spins and their winnings remain valid for 7 days. Winnings generated from welcome free spins carry a 35 times wagering requirement, and the maximum win from welcome and sign-up free spins is capped at 50 EUR. Only one bonus may be active at a time, and real money is always used before bonus funds. We apply a strict one-bonus-per-person policy across household, address, email, IP address, phone number, account, payment card, e-wallet and device.
